I bought 2 of these balls for my 2 Shih Tzus. I noticed when opening them that they had a strange odor. My dogs felt the same because they wouldn’t touch them. I washed them again, placed them outside to air and the next day the younger dog was happy to play with it. Did not have any communication with the seller
